The method comprises the following steps of receiving an allocation request, wherein the allocation request is used for requesting the vehicle management equipment to allocate a virtual key to the first vehicle, based on the allocation request, allocating a first virtual key to the first vehicle, acquiring the parking position information when the first vehicle is parked in the parking lot from parking lot equipment, sending the first virtual key and the parking position information to the business party equipment, the business personneldetermining the parking position of the first vehicle according to the parking position information outputted by the business party equipment, and utilizing the first virtual key for unlocking the first vehicle.
