The method comprises the following specific steps: step 1, carrying out 0.05 C current constant-current discharging on the power lithium ion battery to be measured; step 2, carrying out 1C current constant-current charging on the lithium ion battery; step 3, carrying out 0.33 C current constant-current charging on the lithium ion battery; step 4, charging the lithium ion battery at 0.05 C current in a constant-current mode; step 5, discharging the lithium ion battery at a constantcurrent of 1C; step 6, performing constant-current discharging of the lithium ion battery at the current of 0.33 C; and step 7, discharging the lithium ion battery at a constant current of 0.05 C, cutting off the discharge voltage when reaching 2.5 V, and recording the discharge capacity W6 of the current section.
