The invention provides an information interaction system and method based on a DevOps platform, is used for improving information interaction efficiency, and the system comprises: a robot adapter module used for sending a query request which is input by a user on a chat robot dialogue interface and contains a query condition for querying target data in a target component of a DevOps platform and identity information of the user to an identity authentication and subscription module; the identity authentication and subscription module that is used for judging whether a user has access permissionbased on a butted enterprise identity authentication management system, and if so, sending a query request to the request processor module; the request processor module that is used for sending the query request to a target component so as to indicate the target component to query according to a query condition and return a query result to the event adapter module; and the event adapter module that is used for sending the received query result to the robot adapter module so as to display the query result through the robot adapter module.
