The parking lot comprises parking platforms which are used for parking vehicles, an intelligent control device, a driving device, and a voice device;the parking platforms comprise an inner parking platform and an outer parking platform; the outer parking platform is movably disposed at the outer side of the inner parking platform and can rotate relative to the inner parking platform; the intelligent control device is used for full-automatic parking and taking of a vehicle after the vehicle is parked on a lifting platform; the driving device is connected with the parking platforms and used for driving the parking platforms to rotate independently in different directions; and the voice device can identify voice and send an indication command to the intelligent parking lot. When the intelligent parking lot is used, a user sends a vehicle parking and taking request through a mobile phone APP, and an intelligent control device drives the parking platforms to rotate, so that a first passing lane and a second passing lane rotate to the same direction to form a same driving channel, and rotate to the same azimuth angle as a lifting deviceat the same time. A concentric circle principle is adopted, parking spaces and lanes are combined, and full-automatic vehicle parking and picking-up are started, so that resources are fully utilized,and the problem that the vehicles are difficult to park and pick up can be effectively solved.
