The invention provides a stereo parking garage which comprises a garage frame, a parking space selecting mechanism, a vehicle carrier tray and a telescopic mechanism. The garage frame comprises stand columns, transverse beams connected with the stand columns and at least one layer of comb-tooth type parking spaces which are arranged on the stand columns and are higher than the ground, each layer of the comb-tooth type parking spaces at least comprise a set of static comb tooth racks used for enabling vehicles to be parked, and the static comb tooth racks are provided with a plurality of static comb teeth distributed at intervals. The parking space selecting mechanism comprises transverse moving guide rails, lifting guide rails, an L-shaped support, a first driving device and a second driving device. The vehicle carrier tray is arranged on the L-shaped support, the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the vehicle carrier tray, the telescopic mechanism is provided with a movable comb tooth rack which conveys vehicles from the vehicle carrier tray to the comb-tooth type parking spaces, and the movable comb-tooth type rack is provided with a plurality of movable comb teeth, wherein the movable comb teeth and the static comb teeth are arranged at intervals in a staggered mode, and the movable comb teeth can move up and down and penetrate through the static comb teeth. Compared with the prior art, the stereo parking garage is simple in structure, relatively low in manufacturing cost and low in maintenance cost, and saves spaces for enabling the vehicles to back in the garage.
