Abstract

The device floats on the surface of cooling liquid in the cooling box of the machinetool and comprises a rack component, a lifting component, an adsorption component and a pneumatic control system, wherein the lifting component is connected to the rack component; the adsorption component is connected to the lower portion of the lifting component and provided with oil absorption cotton; the pneumatic control system has dual functions of controlling the movement of the lifting component and the cleaning process of the oil absorption cotton, and comprises a micro cylinder, a pneumatic triple piece, an oil mist filter, a manual control switch valve, a pneumatic control reversingvalve, a pneumatic control valve, a mechanical control reversing valve, a vacuum generator, a vacuum chuck, a pneumatic timer for working and a pneumatic timer for resetting; and the pneumatic controlsystem drives and controls the lifting component and the adsorption component, and full-automatic oil-water separation treatment of the cooling box of the machine tool is achieved on the basis of therack component.
