Abstract

A cover body structure of a cooking utensil, provided by the invention, comprises: a surface cover provided with an opening; a steam valve provided with a valve cavity, and a steam inlet and a steam outlet which are respectively communicated with the valve cavity, wherein the steam inlet is formed in the bottom of the steam valve and communicates with the valve cavity and the exterior of the steamvalve, and the steam outlet is communicated with the opening; an electromagnetic coil arranged between the surface cover and the steam valve; and a movable piece comprising an iron core part and a gland part connected with the iron core part, wherein the iron core part is arranged in the valve cavity, the gland part is located outside the valve cavity, the projection of the gland part on the steam valve covers the steam inlet, and the gland part is provided with a first position which is driven by the iron core part to move upwards to seal the steam inlet when the electromagnetic coil is powered on, and a second position which is driven by the gravity of the electromagnetic coil to move downwards to open the steam inlet when the electromagnetic coil is not powered on. Heat loss in the potcavity can be slowed down, the function of heat preservation can be achieved without continuous heating of the heating disc, and power consumption is reduced.

Description

Technical field[0001]The present invention relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils, and more particularly to a lid structure and a cooking apparatus of a cooking appliance. Background technique[0002]Nowadays, the food on the table is getting more and more rich, and the production time of the meals is greatly drawn. The food that is often made in front will be cool, affecting the taste, so people have put forward higher requirements for the food preservation of meals. But now the insulation function of the cooking appliance is to continue to heat up through the heat transfer disc, there is a more power consumption problem.Inventive content[0003]Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the cooking defects in the prior art to continuously heat the heat preservation, more power-consuming defects, thereby providing a cooking apparatus capable of reducing power consumption while achieving thermal insulation functions.
