The method comprises the following steps: carrying out the pixelated processing of obtained statistical year identification data, so as to obtain vector boundary data corresponding to the statistical year identification data; determining model training set data and verification set data based on the vector boundary data, and ecological environment data and historical disease morbidity data corresponding to the statistical yearbook data; constructing and training a crowd health prediction model based on the model training set data and the verification set data; and performing health prediction of corresponding diseases on the crowd based on the trained crowd health prediction model.
