The device is mainly composed of the rotation simulation device, the intrusion simulation device, the stress measurement device and the temperature measurement device; athermal infrared imager and a resistance strain gauge can be used to measure the temperature, the contact pressure and the contact friction force in the colliding and wearing process of sealing teethand a rotor at the same time, the colliding and wearing process can be analyzed more concretely, and the wearing deformation mechanism is studied more deeply.
