The invention discloses a device capable of measuring a high-speed rotating dynamic seal wear characteristic. The device comprises a rotation simulation device, an intrusion simulation device, a stress measurement device, a temperature measurement device and a computer. A high-speed servo motor is used for driving a turntable, the rotating speed range of the turntable is 300-16000r/min, and various high-rotating-speed working conditions of dynamic seal in an aero-engine can be simulated; and a high-precision stepping motor and a screw rod are used, different intrusion speeds and intrusion amounts can be simulated, and a rotor surface and a wear test piece can be economically and conveniently replaced. Therefore, the device can be widely applied to wear characteristic experiments of different dynamic sealing structures. The device is mainly composed of the rotation simulation device, the intrusion simulation device, the stress measurement device and the temperature measurement device; athermal infrared imager and a resistance strain gauge can be used to measure the temperature, the contact pressure and the contact friction force in the colliding and wearing process of sealing teethand a rotor at the same time, the colliding and wearing process can be analyzed more concretely, and the wearing deformation mechanism is studied more deeply.
