The invention provides a query method and a system based on a multi-source data structure block chain. According to the method, a matching data structure adapting to the storage requirement and the subsequent query requirement of the information is selected according to the condition of the information needing to be loaded into the local account book of the block chain; distributing the information to a data processing node applying the matching data structure; converting the information into blocks by the distributed data processing nodes according to a matching data structure; enabling the data processing node to link the block to a local account book through hash head verification; sharing the updated local account book among the distributed nodes of the block chain, and forming a consensus for the updated local account book; and obtaining the data processing node to which the information is allocated by the distributed node according to a local account book , and querying the information from the allocated data processing node.
