According to the invention, a signal modulation module converts an input digital electric signal into an analog electric signal; an LED driving module drives an LED chip to emit light by using the received electric signal; each LED chip unit in an LED array independently sends an optical signal; an optical signal at a transmitting end is polarized through a transmitting-end polaroid; a transmitting-end focusing lens collimates the converted linearly-polarized light; a receiving-end focusing lens focuses linearly-polarized light of different colors from a transmitting end in a receiving area of a photoelectric detector array, different colors are filtered out through a receiving-end filter, and different polarization directions are filtered out through a receiving-end polaroid; a receiving unit of the photoelectric detector array completes photoelectric conversion of signals; a signal demodulation module converts the analog electric signal having undergone photoelectric conversion into a digital electric signal; and the color of the filter and the polarization direction of the polarizer of a receiving-end array unit are correspondingly the same as the color of the filter and the polarization direction of the polarizer of a transmitting-end array unit. According to the invention, inter-symbol interference between different channels can be effectively eliminated, and high-speed and high-quality communication is realized.
