According to the embodiment of the invention, a fluorescent layer is arranged in an orthographic projection area of the light-emitting device on the circuit board, and the fluorescent layer can absorb the incident light and excite the white light so that when the light emitted by the light-emitting device enters the orthographic projection area, the fluorescent layer can excite the white light by using a part of the light, the intensity of the light reflected to the quantum dot film layer is relatively weakened, and the requirement of the quantum dot material on the saturation of the exciting light can be just met; and the exciting light of the quantum dot material and the unexcited blue light can be mixed into white light, and the white light and the white light excited by the fluorescent layer together provide white backlight for the display panel.
