Abstract

The invention relates to an endometrial cancer prognosis evaluation system (MIP scoring) based on molecular typing, immune scoring and pathological morphology diagnosis, which is used for judging the prognosis of endometrial cancer. The POLE mutation state is judged through sequencing, and four mismatched repair proteins and p53 are detected through an immunohistochemical method to determine molecular subtypes; the expression of VISTA in tumor interstitial immune cells is detected by an immunohistochemical method, and immune scoring is carried out; the histological level and lymph-vascular space invasion (LVSI) of the tumor are judged by observing pathological morphology under the microscope; and endowing of recurrence risk scores is conducted correspondingly. The prognostic evaluation system can effectively distinguish recurrence and death risks of endometrial cancer.
