In the cold starting process of the fuel cell, heat generated by the electric pile can be fully recycled, so that the fuel cell can increase the starting temperature by virtue of the heat generated by the fuel cell so as to realize cold starting, the cold starting performance of the fuel cell is greatly improved, and the cold starting time is shortened.
