An electrothermal speed controller of a silicon oil fan comprises an electronic controller, an electric fan, an electric heater, an air duct, an air outlet, an inter-cooling air-intake temperature sensor and a coolant liquid temperature sensor. The electronic controller, the electric fan, the electric heater, the air duct and the air outlet are mounted sequentially, the air outlet corresponds to a bimetallic temperature sensor of a silicon oil fan clutch, and the electric fan and the electric heater are connected with the electronic controller. The electrothermal speed controller is characterized in that a rotation speed sensor is arranged on the electric fan, the electric heater is arranged in an air outlet direction of the electric fan, a temperature sensor is arranged on the electric heater, and the electric fan, the rotation speed sensor, the electric heater and each temperature sensor are connected with a driving power supply via the electronic controller. On a condition of keeping the structure of the existing silicon oil fan clutch completely, the electrothermal speed controller is added with parts such as the electric fan, the electric heater, the coolant liquid temperature sensor, the air-intake temperature sensor, the electronic controller, an air port cover and the like, thereby realizing control to rotation speed of the fan according to temperature of a motor and having functions of saving energy and reducing emission.
