In the electrode terminal assembly having the above-described structure, each of the pair of electrode terminals is arranged such that, when the electrode terminals are inserted into the electrode through-holes of the fixing body by a predetermined length, the protruding step is caught by the fixing body so that the electrode terminals are no longer inserted.
