Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional power-assisted and walking-assisted rehabilitation device for disabled people. The device comprises: an element box with a wireless tracing charging function, wherein a plurality of rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the element box; a waist support structure and an armrest structure which are located at the top of the element box; and a leg guard assembly which is located in the middle of the element box and used for automatically assisting the disabled in training. The element box is matched with the waist support structure and the armrest structure, so that the disabled can be switched from the sitting posture to the standing posture, and the disabled walk through the rolling wheels by operating the switch box and the element box; a movable block is driven by a piston to perform reciprocating rehabilitation activities on the legs, meanwhile, a push-pull plate performs push-pull movement up and down along, so that the front parts of the feet are pressed downwards to perform tendon stretching movement, the rehabilitation effect is facilitated, and push-pull movement is carried out, meanwhile, a stabilizing plate is matched with the push-pull plate to move, the downward pressing movement of the front parts of the feet is stabilized, and the normalization of training is ensured.
