The cast steel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1%-0.3% of C, 0.4%-0.8% of Si, 0.6%-0.85% of Mn, 0.6%-1.2% of Cr, 0.3%-0.7% of Mo, 0.5%-1% of Ni, 0.02%-0.08% of V, 0.02%-0.08% of Nb, 0.02%-0.08% of Ti, 0.01%-0.05% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.01% of S, less than or equal to 0.01% of P and the balance of Fe.
