A community integrated energy system double-layer optimization model integrating residential users is constructed on two layers of a supply side and a demand side. Wherein the upper layer comprises an ICES operator model, a central heating network model and a power distribution network model which are coupled with a superior energy system and energy equipment such as a combined heat and power (CHP) unit, a heat pump and the like; and the lower layer comprises a thermal load model considering the heat storage characteristics of the residential building users. According to the method, the heat storage characteristic of the residential building is effectively combined, the personalized heating characteristic of the user is considered, the heat demand response adjustment of the residential building user is stimulated in the centralized heating mode, and the more economical utilization effect of heat energy is achieved.
