The at least one capacitor (3) is bonded with each laser tube (21) included in the at least one laser chip (2) through wires, the wires correspond to the laser tubes (21) one by one, the lengths of the wires corresponding to the laser tubes (21) are the same, and the at least one capacitor (3) is further connected with the at least one transistor (4) through a first circuit printed on the printed circuit board (1).
