According to the image processing method and device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, the infrared image and the visible light image in the same scene are fused by utilizing the characteristic that infrared rays have better penetrability in a haze environment, so that the permeability of the image of the target scene is improved, the distortion degree of the defogged image is reduced, and the imaging quality of the defogged image is improved.
