The feed source antenna metasurface unit is composed of a planar circular polarization microstrip patch antenna, the metasurface unit comprises three layers of metal structures and two layers of dielectric substrates clamped among the metal structures, the upper metal layer and the bottom metal layer are composed of circular microstrip patch structures of the circular polarization microstrip antenna, the middle metal layer is a metal floor with a hole in the center, and the middle metal layer is a metal substrate with a hole in the center. Metalized via holes for connecting the upper metal layer and the lower metal layer pass through the through holes; the upper-layer metasurface enables right-handed original planned waves incident in the + z direction to be transmitted and reflects left-handed circularly polarized waves.
