Embodiment Construction

[0017] The examples described in detail below are preferred embodiments of the present invention.

[0018] According to FIG. 1, some electronic components of the hearing aid are fixed on a mounting plate M which is individually cut to the contour of the patient's ear fitting in the final stage of manufacturing the hearing aid and is called a panel. In particular, the battery B protrudes through the mounting plate M and is held in place by the battery contact springs BF. Electronic module E is shown above battery B in the figure.

[0019] A cantilever A is fixed on the battery contact spring BF, and a clip K is installed at the far end of the cantilever. The clip K holds the antenna coil AS. A soft rubber block G1 is provided on the end side of the antenna coil AS in the vicinity of the clip K as a spacer for the loudspeaker.

[0020] It can likewise be seen from FIG. 1 that the cantilever A is bent approximately in the middle so that the antenna coil AS has the desired angu...

Abstract

The present invention provided an in-ear hearing aid capable of communication between the hearing aids in both ears. The in-ear hearing aid has a housing and an antenna device AS having the preferential transmission direction. The antenna device AS is arranged in the housing so that the preferential transmission direction indicates approximately the second ear of a patient under the state in which the hearing air is mounted or inserted into a first ear. Consequently, the transmission directions of both hearing aids are approximately aligned under the state in which the hearing aids are fitted, and an optimum transmission is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an in-the-ear hearing aid for a patient's hearing aid in both ears, comprising a housing and an antenna device with a preferred transmission direction. Background technique [0002] The fundamental problem with in-the-ear hearing aids is that there is very little installation space. Therefore, the necessary components in an in-the-ear hearing aid must be made as small or minimized as possible. [0003] In addition, when performing binaural hearing aids, the two hearing aids must be adjusted to each other. If the in-the-ear hearing aid has the function of automatically adjusting to the selected hearing aid situation, then the two hearing aids must be adjusted to each other. [0004] From the German laid-open patent application DE 100 48 354 A1 is known a hearing aid system with two hearing aids which are connected to each other via a bidirectional wireless signal channel. A binaural hearing aid system is also known from US 6 ...
