Problems solved by technology

[0008] A set of IC prepaid cards has to go through multiple links such as planning, entrusted production, issuance, entrusted sales, and recovery of sales proceeds, which requires a lot of manpower and energy. Therefore, water, electricity, and gas supply management departments sell IC prepaid cards. Charging not only results in high comprehensive management costs and great difficulty in management, but also loses an additional huge rebate fee paid to IC prepaid card agent sales points

Abstract

The system is composed of new type water, electricity, gas meters, communication network system, automatic charge management center of supplying sector for water, electricity and gas, bank network system and relevant equipment. The invention counts out consumption of water, electricity and gas, and use fee for the said supplying sector in real time. The method compares use fee and userí»s fund on account of bank. If userí»s fund on account is enough, then, relevant use fee is deducted from userí»s account, and transfered to account of the supplying sector. If userí»s fund on account is not enough and under condition that reminding user to add fund to account is non effective, then user will be cut off the supply. Once enough funds are added, then supplies are resumed. Advantages are: automatic, accurate charging use fee remotely, in high efficiency, preventing economic loss of the supplying sector, omitting bother for user to go to the charge management center or bank to pay the fee.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system and method for using the existing communication network system (microwave wireless communication network system or wired communication network system) for remote automatic charging of water, electricity and gas. Background technique [0002] The existing water, electricity, and gas supply department’s charging method for water, electricity, and gas usage is to use it first, and then charge. The statistics and charging personnel calculate the water, electricity, and gas usage fees that each user should pay in the current month, and then notify each user in writing to pay the fee at the charging center of the water, electricity, and gas supply department or the bank entrusted by it. There are many links in meter and charging, complex bills, cumbersome statistical calculations, heavy workload, a large number of meter reading personnel and management personnel, and a lot of financial resources. The accuracy of the table i...
