payment channels; predicting a payment success probability and a
risk control triggering probability of each alternative payment channel based on the transaction characteristics and the channel characteristics of the target payment request through a pre-trained payment prediction model; determining a plurality of candidate routing schemes through a preset multi-objective optimization
algorithm by taking the payment success probability, the
risk control triggering probability and the preset service
charge rate of each alternative payment channel as optimization objectives; determining a target routing scheme from the plurality of candidate routing schemes according to a preset service strategy; and
processing the target payment request based on the target routing scheme. According to the method and the device, the personalized
routing decision can be dynamically generated for the payment request based on the real-time state of the payment channel and the characteristics of the user and the merchant, so that the success rate of
payment transaction and the routing selection efficiency are improved.
