An intelligent interactive transparent display glass system comprises a dynamic touch control display assembly, a data processing module and a projector. The dynamic touch control display assembly comprises a front-side transport substrate layer, a developing film layer, a light modulation film layer and a back-side transparent substrate layer which are fit successively, the periphery of the layers are fixed by a frame into an integrated structure, the side, close to the front-side transport substrate layer, of the frame is provided with pairs of infrared devices, an infrared network structureis cut to generate an electric signal, the electric signal is converted and then transmitted to the projector, and the project projects data on the back-side transparent substrate layer to realize dynamic projection. Technologies including infrared touch screen induction, perspective imaging and electric control light modulation are used in an integrates manner, and the disadvantages that a traditional projection cloth has a single imaging function, a large screen is expensive, and a present transparent display screen cannot realize interaction or haze adjustment are overcome.
