The invention relates to a network selection and
channel resource configuration method in a
hybrid wireless network, which comprises the following steps: a
base station to which each network belongs counts channel quantity and conditions per se, and broadcasts the channel quantity and the conditions to a mobile user in the
base station; the mobile user selects a proper
base station for accessing according to the
estimation per se, and each base
station counts access conditions and broadcasts user load conditions; the process is repeated until reaching a balance state, subsequently, inside of each base
station is subjected to
channel resource allocation; the base
station broadcasts channel quantity information, each user returns self selected and accessed channel number; the base station counts channel selection states and broadcasts channel load conditions; and the process is repeated until reaching the balance state, and finally
resource allocation in the base stations and network selection of the users are realized. The method disclosed by the invention is suitable for a 4G
hybrid wireless network environment with a plurality of
frequency spectrum owners, is dispersedly executed and has
low complexity; and signaling overhead is saved, information interaction does not need among the channel owners, and information interaction does not need among the mobile users.
