By establishing a multi-level recovery mechanism based on the number of transmission failures, different levels of recovery operations are matched according to different threshold ranges of the failure count when data transmission fails, avoiding continuous occupation of central processing unit resources due to waiting for bus arbitration. When the failure count is in the first threshold range, data retransmission is performed; when it is in the second threshold range, the local CAN module is reset; and when it is in the third threshold range, a system-level reset is performed. This mechanism forms a progressive self-healing capability from the communication layer, driver layer, to the system layer, solving the problem of prolonged data recovery being stuck due to bus arbitration failure. It is suitable for vehicle diagnostic scenarios, improving data reporting success rate and system reliability.
