Method for screening variety with relatively-high phosphor utilization efficiency from multiple cut-flower chrysanthemum varieties

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation and seedling and discloses a method for screening a variety with relatively-high phosphor utilization efficiency from multiple cut-flower chrysanthemum varieties. The method comprises the following steps of: a, acquiring a rooted spike; b, determining the screening concentration, respectively planting the multiple cut-flower chrysanthemum varieties into a plurality of sand culturing tanks, filling nutrient fluids with different concentrations, calculating a variable coefficient of dry weight of each treatment plant and selecting the treatment concentration with the maximum variable coefficient as the screening concentration; and c, carrying out sand culture screening, to be specific, setting two treatments on normal phosphor and low phosphor (the screening concentration determined by the step b), determining a proper screening index by difference significance and relevance analysis of each index; and by adopting a system clustering method, classifying the low-phosphor resistance of the cut-flower chrysanthemum and finally determining a variety with highest phosphor utilization efficiency and a variety with lowest phosphor utilization efficiency. According to the method disclosed by the invention, cut-flower chrysanthemum varieties can be finally screened and the reference and basis for cut-flower chrysanthemum cultivation, phosphor nutrition research and variety breeding work are provided.

High-nutrient laying hen feed

The invention discloses high-nutrient laying hen feed. The high-nutrient laying hen feed contains a plurality of types of nutrient substances including energy, protein, amino acids, vitamins and mineral substances, namely corns, fish meal, seaweed meal, soybean meal, blood powder, bone meal, mountain flour and table salt. According to the high-nutrient laying hen feed, the content of high-quality protein is improved; the seaweed meal is added and all-natural raw materials are adopted so that the protein is relatively optimized; after the test and checking of Beijing Nutrition Research Institution, compared with common eggs, components of unsaturated fatty acids of eggs laid by laying hens eating the feed are increased to 13 types from 5 types and the total amount is increased to 9.46 from 4.65; particularly, the content of DNA beneficial to improvement of intelligence and health of hearts and brains is increased to 0.63 gram per 100 grams from 0.04 gram per 100 grams and is increased by 15.75 times. Furthermore, yolks are full and egg white is thick; the eggs are orange red when the eggs are not cooked, and are golden yellow after being cooked; the eggs have a good-looking appearance and a fragrant mouth feel; and the eggs are sold locally and in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen and the like, and are profoundly popular with consumers.

Biological fodder without antibiotic for livestock and poultry, preparing method thereof and feces safety disposal method

The invention provides biological fodder without antibiotic, arsenic preparations, chromium preparations, chemical sweetening agent, flavouring agent and corrosion remover for livestock and poultry; through integration innovation of a biotechnology, an enzyme technology, a formula process and a processing process, research innovation of animal affinity on protein and starch, nursing and nutrition research innovation on intestinal microbial flora of livestock and poultry, and under the conditions that the antibiotic, chemical medicine and pollutant chemical raw materials harmful to people are removed from a fodder resource, a raising experiment test proves that production and growing of the livestock and poultry are not affected, the survival rate is improved by 3-5%, the material consumption/weight gain ratio is decreased by 0.3-0.4, economic benefits are improved by 10-15%. Meanwhile, heavy metals of arsenic, lead, chromium, cadmium and copper are controlled in a safe range, no antibiotic medicine residue exists, deposition of hydrogen peroxide in meat food is stopped, meat food safety is ensured, and flavor of the meat food is improved. Livestock and poultry feces is used as an organic fertilizer and without excessive metal residue.
