The 3D vibration device comprises a frame, a vibrating table, motors, a container and an industrial personal computer, wherein the vibrating table, the motors, the container and the industrial personal computer are arranged on the frame. The 3D vibration device is characterized in that guide plates are overlapped on the vibrating table, the container is placed on the guide plates, a slider and guide rails in the X, Y and Z directions are all arranged between a container fixed plate and the guide plates, the three motors for configuring a variable-frequency governor are distributed at different positions of the frame, output shafts of the motors are connected with two horizontal sinking bars in the X direction and the Y direction on a middle layer and a lower layer and a lower mandril in the Z direction on an upper layer through eccentric wheel groups with different eccentricity, the two horizontal sinking bars configures restorers respectively, and the horizontal sinking bars and the lower mandril are all contacted with respective bearings. The program uses the VC.2003 to achieve vibration control of an upper computer interface, one motor switch is arranged in a programmable logic controller (PLC) for each module and can be displayed on the interface, programs in each module can be changed through the interface, and a control program provides an automatic executive functions for equipment. The 3D vibration device and the manufacture method are an effective method for improving apparent density during manufacturing, and are important in improving performance of granular material products.
