This application provides a folding buffer tray, including a top surface with an opening for receiving, and two side surfaces, a connecting surface, a supporting surface, and a snap-fit surface connected sequentially on opposite sides of the top surface. A supporting surface is located on the side of the side surface away from the connecting surface. The snap-fit surface has a first notch, and the supporting surface has a second notch. When folding the
cardboard, the top surface, the side surface on one side of the top surface, and the supporting surface form a "U"-shaped frame. The snap-fit surfaces fold towards the bottom of the "U"-shaped frame, the two snap-fit surfaces overlap, and the first notch of the snap-fit surface interlocks with the second notch of the supporting surface. The "U"-shaped frames formed on the two opposite sides of the top surface together constitute a cavity for receiving the
bottle. The folding and enclosing mechanism using the side surfaces, connecting surface, supporting surface, and snap-fit surface allows for fast folding; the
interlocking of the first notch of the snap-fit surface with the second notch of the supporting surface improves the stability of the
bottle. This folding buffer tray is simple to fold, uses less material, and reduces costs.
