Meanwhile, the first eccentric block is connected with the second rotating shaft, and the second rotating shaft drives the first eccentric block to rotate around the axial center of the second rotating shaft. The second eccentric block is connected with the first rotating shaft which drives the second eccentric block to rotate around the axial center of the first rotating shaft. As the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft coaxially and reversely rotate, the first eccentric block and the second eccentric block are respectively driven to coaxially and reversely rotate. The first eccentric block and the second eccentric block drive the deicing device to vibrate in the reverse rotation process, so that the overhead
transmission line coated with ice vibrates at the same time, ice blocks or
frost layers are shaken off, and efficient deicing is achieved.
