A wire feeding device and a hot rolling wheel are oppositely fixed in position; a wire feeding portof the wire feeding device is located in one side of the hot rolling wheel; the hot rolling wheel and a forming base plate are connected to a negative pole and a positive pole of a Joule heat power supply separately; the wire feeding device and the forming base plate are capable of relatively moving; printing wires are conveyed to the forming base plate by virtue of the wire feeding device, and then the wires to be printed are tightly pressed onto the forming base plate through the hot rolling wheel; the hot rolling wheel and the forming base plate form a loop; and the conductive wires are instantaneously softened at the contact ends of the hot rolling wheel and the forming base plate. The device is simple in structure, capable of realizing high-utilization-rate, high-quality, low-cost, green and environment-friendly additive manufacturing for metal parts, and is metal additive manufacturing method integrating materials, machinery, measurement and control technology, and information processing; and moreover, high compactness in a formed sample piece is realized through rolling at the moment of melting the wires to be printed by the hot rolling wheel.

The preparation method of the traceable paper cups and bowls comprises a first mode, wherein before and after the paper cutting process or during the paper cutting process through a die-cutting machine, each piece of paper is printed with a tracing identifier, and the tracing identifiers and tracing information carried by the tracing identifiers are stored in an information system; a second mode, wherein traceable identifier printing equipment is additionally installed at a reel feed inlet in the bottom of molding equipment, after fan-shaped paper pieces and bottom reel paper are put into the feed inlet of the molding equipment, the tracing identifiers are printed at the bottoms of the products through the tracing identifier printing equipment, and meanwhile the tracing identifiers and the tracing information carried by the tracing identifiers are stored in the information system. According to the traceable paper cups and bowls and the preparation method thereof, application of a 'one object, one code' tracing mode in low-value single-item products of disposable paper cups and bowls is created for the first time, and food packaging safety and quality improvement can be greatly promoted.
