assembly, a rotating table, a loading and unloading
assembly and a plug. The transparent cover is connected to the base and is provided with at least one tolerance
ring pattern; the driving
assembly is mounted on the base; the rotating table is connected to the output end of the driving assembly, and a plurality of loading and unloading assemblies are arranged on the rotating table in the circumferential direction; the plug is in threaded connection with the drain hole and provided with a
laser pen, and the axis of the
laser pen coincides with the axis of the drain hole. According to the invention, the plug with the
laser pen is mounted in the drain
pipe joint of the slide rail sleeve, so that
visible laser indicating light replaces invisible drain hole pointing, and whether the drain hole pointing of the slide rail sleeve is qualified or out-of-tolerance degree is visually and quantitatively confirmed by combining a calibrated tolerance
ring pattern of the drain hole pointing on the transparent cover; compared with an existing qualitative evaluation method of manual operation, the method is smaller in detection error and higher in efficiency.
