The invention discloses a method and a device for recycling
methyl acetate in a p-
xylene oxidation process, the recycling method comprises cooling volatilization and
potassium acetate acquisition in a first stage, rectification
hydrolysis, high-temperature
distillation and salt-effect separation in a second stage, a part of p-
xylene oxidation byproducts are used for preparing key substances, and the other part of p-
xylene oxidation byproducts are used for preparing
potassium acetate. And the other part directly participates in the
recovery of the target object. After the process is improved, no redundant impurities are generated in the whole process, all intermediate products can be recycled, the
recovery efficiency is high, the cost input is low,
reaction conditions are easy to achieve, a cation exchange resin catalyst,
calcium chloride and other salt solutions are not needed, and
potassium acetate generated in the working procedure can participate in
catalysis of rectification
hydrolysis; the method provided by the invention can also participate in extraction of a
salt effect reaction, products among subsequent processes can be directly exchanged and used, most of advantages of three existing
recovery methods are reserved, and the processes are further simplified.
