The water discharging opening has moving compression strut. Water tank bottom and base top enclose water storage chamber, which is arranged with water level monitoring mechanism. The signal output end of water level monitoring mechanism electrically connects to main controller. The water storage chamber is also arranged with knockout pin mechanism, the superior end of which connects to the inferior end of compression strut.
