Abstract

The invention discloses a simulated continuous triangular wave signal generator on an inner built-in plate, which consists of two constant-current sources, a switch, a Schmitt trigger and a capacitor; an output terminal of one constant-current source is directly connected with the capacitor; an output terminal of the other constant-current source is connected with the capacitor through the switch; a positive threshold value voltage terminal of the Schmitt trigger is connected with a positive electrode of the capacitor; a negative threshold value voltage terminal of the Schmitt trigger is connected with a fixed voltage; an output terminal of the Schmitt trigger is connected with a control terminal of the switch; the two constant-current sources are automatically controlled for charging or discharging the capacitor to generate continuous triangular wave signals. The triangular wave generated by the invention has good linearity and the frequency and the amplitude value of the triangular wave can be flexibly adjusted. The simulated continuous triangular wave signal generator has a simple circuit structure and small hardware expense and is easy for on-chip integration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a triangular wave signal generator, in particular to a built-in on-chip analog continuous triangular wave signal generator. Background technique [0002] The development of integrated circuit technology makes it possible to design high-performance analog circuits and analog-digital hybrid integrated circuits. However, with the improvement of circuit complexity, people put forward higher requirements for testing. The built-in self-test structure is proposed based on the complexity of the test. It can significantly reduce test cost and reduce test time. One test structure is to use purely digital circuits to generate test vectors by using the analog results of the DAC as the input to the DAC. Obviously, to test the analog-to-digital converter under this condition, a digital-to-analog converter must be matched, and when there is no digital-to-analog converter to match, an analog test signal is required. The built-in self-test ...
