Abstract

The invention provides a water cooling heat exchanger comprising an initial heat exchanger comprising a fluid closed loop, an air cooler located above the initial heat exchanger and a blower for forcing the air to pass through the air cooler and the initial heat exchanger; wherein, the air cooler comprises absorbent material; the absorbent material keeps a certain humidity in use so as to cause the air forced to pass through the air cooler to be cooled because of evaporation before passing through the partial closed loop in the initial heat exchanger and cooling the water contained in the closed loop.
