Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic device which comprises a shell body, a panel and at least one panel fixing device. The panel fixing device used for fixing the panel on the shell body comprises a matching element and a fastening element. The matching element is arranged on the shell body and provided with a plurality of positioning parts. The fastening element is flexibly fastened with the matching element. The fastening element comprises a fastening part, an adjusting part and a fixing plane. When the fastening element is combined with the matching element, the fastening part is fastened with one of the positioning parts so as to fix the fastening element. The adjusting part and the fastening part are essentially parallel with each other. The fixing plane is vertically connected with the adjusting part in essence.
