Abstract

The invention provides an electrical flowmeter sensor coefficient calibration method, which is based on the principle as follows: an electrode signal output of an electrical flowmeter sensor comes from the weighted stack of inductive kick of each flowing fluid in a magnetic field space. The invention uses a minor caliber meter tube of real flow to measure the inductive kick of each fluid with standard volume in each position when the fluid flows in the magnetic field space of a heavy caliber sensor pipeline to be calibrated, the weighted stack is conducted to each inductive kick to obtain thesensor coefficient K of the sensor to be calibrated. Therefore, minor caliber fluid flow realizes the calibration of the heavy caliber sensor efficient so as to solve the sensor calibration problem of the heavy caliber electrical flowmeter.
