The sodium sorbate and the chlorothalonil are mixed, ground and then passed through a 200-mesh sieve; the sodium natrophenolate and the sodium sulfite are mixed, ground and then passed through an 80-mesh sieve; and mixtures are mixed by a mixer again and then are quantificationally packaged so as to obtain the seed soaking agent.
