Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention introduces a flashlight. Both ends of the battery used in the flashlight are provided with positive and negative poles at the same time. Therefore, the flashlight can form a circuit without conducting electricity through the casing. The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0021] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of the double-terminal bipolar battery of the present invention. Such as figure 1 As shown, the double-terminal bipolar battery provided by the present invention is a cylindrical structure, including a battery body, and the end face of each end is covered with a conductive material such as a metal sheet, and is divided into a central conductive area and an edge conductive area by an insulating ring, respectively. Connected to the positive pole and the negative pole of the battery body to form two electrical conductors. As a preferred implementation of...

Abstract

The invention relates to a lighting device, aims at the defects that conducting cost of an outer casing is high and the outer casing can not work when batteries are reversely connected of the prior art, and provides an electric torch. The electric torch comprises a lightening circuit, a charging circuit and a battery tank, wherein the battery tank is used for containing batteries; the battery comprises a battery body; both ends of the battery are both provided with two electric conductors; the two electric conductors of each end are respectively electrically connected with an anode and a cathode of the battery body; the lightening circuit comprises two conductive pins; the conductive pins are respectively electrically connected with the two electric conductors of one end of the battery; the charging circuit comprises two conductive elastic pieces; and the conductive elastic pieces are respectively electrically connected with the two electric conductors of the other end of the battery. The invention also provides a battery. Because both ends of the battery are both provided with the anode and the cathode, the electric torch does not need to use the outer casing and can form a loop; unreliable factor in use is reduced; processing cost and rate of finished products are also reduced; meanwhile, when the battery is reversely installed, the battery can regular discharge, and so the battery is conveniently to be used.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to lighting fixtures, more particularly, to a torch and a double-terminal bipolar battery applied to the torch. Background technique [0002] For a long time, flashlights have been necessary for people's life and work. Most existing torches use single-ended unipolar batteries. Because the electrodes of this battery are located at the two ends of the battery, in addition to the metal reeds used to connect the electrodes at both ends of the battery, the existing flashlight also needs to conduct electricity with the help of the shell to form a circuit. This increases the unreliability of the flashlight. When the shell is in poor contact with the circuit board, or the lamp tube is in poor contact with the tail cap, the lamp tube will not be able to discharge normally. At the same time, in the production process, the shell first needs to be oxidized. In the subsequent secondary processing, it is necessary to remove part of t...
