Abstract

The invention relates to a device for cell culture by using the pulse electromagnetic field, which is provided with a pulse electromagnetic field generator and a magnetic simulation effect plate which is connected with output signals of the pulse electromagnetic field generator and used for putting a cell culture dish. The magnetic simulation effect plate is provided with a main part and a magnetic simulation plate winding bracket which is arranged on the periphery of the main part and provided with a socket. The socket of the magnetic simulation plate winding bracket is internally wound with lacquered wires which are connected with the output signals of the pulse electromagnetic field generator. The magnetic simulation plate winding bracket and the main part are integrally formed. The magnetic simulation plate winding bracket and the main part are separately made up. The pulse electromagnetic field generator is provided with a display circuit for displaying working hours, a timing keying circuit for setting working hours, a pulse electromagnetic field generating control keypad and a power supply for supplying the power source to the device and outputting pulse voltage and a magnetic field generation unit which are respectively connected with a control unit. The device can be regulated according to the growth situation of the cell. The cell culture dish is put in the range of the action of an even magnetic field for culture and observation to cause that the condition of culture is same.
