The invention discloses a pulse electromagnetic treatment method for improving anti-friction-corrosion coupling performance of 34MnB5 automobile steel, and belongs to the technical field of metal material modification and performance optimizing.The pulse electromagnetic treatment method comprises the steps that a 34MnB5 hot-rolled plate friction piece is subjected to double-face polishing and cleaning; the 34MnB5 hot-rolled plate friction piece is clamped through a clamp; the clamped 34MnB5 hot-rolled plate friction piece is fixed to the center position of a pulse electromagnetic treatment device; setting process parameters of pulse electromagnetic coupling treatment; carrying out electromagnetic coupling treatment on the 34MnB5 hot-rolled plate friction piece by adopting the set pulse electromagnetic coupling process parameters; and carrying out steel friction wear-corrosion resistance coupling performance analysis on the 34MnB5 hot-rolled plate friction piece subjected to electromagnetic coupling treatment.
