capsule, the sectional area of the conical amplification cavity is gradually reduced from the
capsule to the hollow air ring, the
atmospheric pressure fluctuation generated by the
volume change of the
capsule is amplified through the change of the sectional area, and the
atmospheric pressure sensor captures the fluctuation and cooperates with the
fiber grating sensor to swing along with the propping plate to generate strain; signals of the three types of sensors are synchronously transmitted to the controller, vibration parameters are output after analysis, meanwhile, interference of
cutting fluid,
scrap iron and the like can be isolated, and stable detection in a severe
machining environment is ensured.
