The invention provides a search engine system which comprises an index database, an authority mapping information device, a search rule allocation device and a search engine, wherein the index database is used for storing data index information for being used by the search engine; the authority mapping information device is connected to a service system through a non-interactive interface relatedto authority and used for storing authority mapping information; the search rule allocation device is used for allocating search rules; the search engine is connected with the service system through anon-interactive interface irrelated to the authority and used for selectively monitoring service data change events of the service system, wherein the non-interactive interface irrelated to the authority is used for processing the service data change events and reading the authority mapping information and search rules when the search engine works; and that whether the data index change is causedis judged by the search engine when the service data change events of the service system happen, if the result is positive, a data change list related to data index change is acquired, and a new virtual change list is generated. The search engine system improves the interactive characteristics on the user input of the traditional ERP search.
