The vegetable product comprises the following components in airdried proportion by weight: 25 to 30g of cucumber, 30 to 35g of white turnip and 5 to 10g of carrot; the vegetable product is prepared from pickling Chinese medicaments; and the Chinese medicaments comprise the following components in proportion by weight: 6 to 8g of Semen Cassiae, 6 to 8g of ballonflower, 3 to 5g of Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, 8 to 10g of almond, 6 to 8g of walnut and 8 to 10g of dried orange peel. The method for preparing the vegetable product comprises the following steps: carrying out vegetable sterilization for the fresh cucumber, the fresh white turnip and the fresh carrot; dehydrating the sterilized cucumber, the sterilized white turnip and the sterilized carrot; and airdrying the dehydrated cucumber, the dehydrated white turnip and the dehydrated carrot.
