Abstract

The invention discloses a cobalt selenide nano material and an application thereof. A preparation method for the cobalt selenide nano material comprises the following steps: adding a selenium-containing compound and a cobalt salt into a solvent, and fiercely stirring at a room temperature until uniformly mixing; then, pouring a mixed solution into a reaction kettle, and heating for reacting at 180 DEG C for 10-20 hours to obtain precipitates; centrifuging and washing the obtained precipitates, and adding the centrifuged and washed precipitates into an aqueous solution containing a stabilizer; and performing ultrasonic treatment and stirring to obtain a stabilizer-modified water-soluble cobalt selenide nano material. The preparation method for the cobalt selenide nano material disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, low in energy consumption and easy for large-scale production. The prepared nano particle is uniform in particle granularity and good in dispersion, can be used as a contrast agent for photoacoustic imaging and magnetic resonance imaging, and has important application prospect in the tumor imaging field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of nanomaterial preparation and biomedicine, and in particular relates to a cobalt selenide nanomaterial and its application. Background technique [0002] Cancer, also known as malignant tumor, is a disease caused by abnormal cell proliferation mechanism. In 2012, approximately 14 million new cancer cases were diagnosed worldwide. The report estimates that in 20 years, new cancer cases will grow to 22 million per year. At the same time, the number of cancer deaths will increase from approximately 8.2 million per year to 13 million per year. The World Health Organization (WHO) and its affiliated Cancer Research Institute (IARC) released a research report stating that half of the world's new cancer cases occurred in Asia, most of which occurred in China; and, according to predictions, by In 2030, the number of cancer deaths in China will rise to 12 million. The dramatic increase in cancer deaths is a reminder of t...
