Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method of data transmission when a state is transferred, which comprises the following steps: receiving a wireless link establishing message; sending a message containing activation time to user equipment (UE); and at the activation time, sending data according to the format of a high-speed shared control channel (HS-SCCH) under the transferred state. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a device and a communication system used for achieving the method for data transmission. In the embodiment of the invention, the configuration of a base station and the configuration of the UE are updated at the preset activation time; before the activation time, both the base station and the UE adopt original configurations to receive and send information; and thus, the consistency of the configurations of the base station and the UE is ensured at any time. Therefore, the problem of communication failure caused by inconsistent configurations of the base station and the user equipment before the downlink synchronization is finished is avoided.
