Abstract

The invention provides a small interference stability simulation method of an electric power system, which can effectively utilize resources of a plurality of CPUs or a multi-core CPU processor in a computer, thus greatly improving the simulation efficiency. The method comprises: first, calculating the number of searching points of characteristic values, and automatically assigning calculating tasks with certain searching points of the characteristic values for every CPU core according to the number N of the CPU cores; then, calling fork( ) function under a linux system to generate N courses,and simultaneously calling the corresponding CPU core to independently execute the calculation of a searching point set by all sub-courses, thus realizing concurrent computation.
